So, due to HUD's requirements, HUD/Section 8 will only allow you to rent certain properties in our 3rd party managed portfolio.

Look in the rental property listing to find out if the property is HUD approved for Section 8/HVC. If the property that you are interested in states in either the "amenities" section or in the description of the rental listing, either "Accepting HCV's" or "Accepting Housing Choice Vouchers" or "Accepts Section 8 Vouchers."
