Qwest Property Management is dedicated to building strong relationships with our 3rd party Vendor/Contractors so we can deliver a better service to our Clients and Residents. Our 3rd party Vendors are a huge part of Qwest Property Management’s success, and we value these partnerships greatly. Our Preferred Vendor network is made up of Vendors and Contractors of all sizes, providing all different types of maintenance and repair services. We work with both large national Vendors, as well as small “mom-and-pop” small companies and sole-operators.
To become a Preferred Vendor, we require the following:
- Quality Workmanship – We can only work with Vendors who can provide high quality work in their field
- Fair Market Pricing – We can only work with Vendors who can provide fair market pricing. We all must make a living, and we totally understand that. But if pricing is not in line with the competitive market, then we will not be a good fit
- Timeliness & Communication Skills – In order to provide our tenants with prompt service, we ask our Vendors to make communication within business hours for non-emergency and immediately for emergency repairs
- Insurance & Licensing – We require all Vendors to submit proof of insurance (Workers Comp and General Liability), as well as any industry or trade specific licensing requirements
